Owners issue named invites from the property's invite page — each invite carries a role (co-chair, member, lessee, guest) and a list of layers that role can see. Sensitive data — stand pins, blind coordinates, entry routes — stays guarded behind the owner-only tier by default. Roster changes propagate instantly, and you can revoke a role without touching the rest of the club.

Members accept their invite on the public /invites/[token] landing, which is logged-out-friendly — no account needed until the member wants to contribute scouting data back to the plan. See the full club-sharing flow in /how-it-works, step four.

A printable PDF lease with the same fields attorneys expect — parties, acreage, term, deposit rule, allowed species, harvest limits, liability, signature blocks — filled in from the property's roster and the season settings. Owners edit the template once, then every new lease pulls from the same source of truth instead of a copy-paste Word doc.

Notes dropped on the property's scouting page — including trail-cam captures imported from most major camera brands — feed the plan engine so cover ratio, browse pressure and use corridors re-rank against what's actually walking the ground, not just what the basemap showed on day one.
